Terms and Conditions
1. All images are the copyright of Glamour Picture Library (GPL) which is a brand name owned by Picturebank Photo Library Ltd. Members of BAPLA (British Association of Picture Libraries and Agencies), the UK library governing body, since 1985, we adhere fully to their guidelines.

2. No reproduction of images whatsoever can be made without written permission from GPL/Picturebank and any unauthorized use of images is an offence under the 1988 Copyright Act.

3. A licence/invoice is issued for the particular use of an image and any further use has to be notified in writing and agreed by GPL. It is your responsibility to ensure the specific release of copyright is sufficient for the intended use. You are liable for any actions that may arise outside of the terms agreed.

4. Images cannot be transferred t a third party without written permission and the digital file must be destroyed within 60 days of publication.

5. Images cannot be used in defamatory way including race, sex, religion and age, which may cause offence. The Law of England governs all terms.

6. Payment must be made within 30 days of Copyright licence/invoice or prior to reproduction whichever comes first by authorized accounts. Payment by new clients may have to be paid in advance using Paypal or Barclaycard.

7. You will be liable for payment for any images downloaded by a third party unless agreed in writing prior to this taking place.

8. A copyright credit should be given to glamourpicturelibrary.com or picturebank.co.uk.

9. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.
